Configure Your Tournament
Set the name, format (Single/Double Elim, Round Robin, Swiss), team size, max participants, region, entry fee, prize distribution, and schedule.
Registration Opens
Players register and pay entry fees. You can see every registration and payment in real time from the Payments Dashboard.
Check-In Period
Players must check in 30 minutes before start. No-shows who don't check in are removed from the bracket before generation.
Start the Tournament
Click "Start Tournament" in your dashboard. The bracket is automatically generated based on checked-in participants.
Manage Matches
Players report their own scores. If both agree → auto-advance. If they disagree → dispute flagged to you. You resolve disputes and can override results.
Tournament Completes — Earnings Posted
When the final match is reported, the tournament auto-completes. Winners' and host's prize amounts are immediately posted to their Earnings Balance as "Pending". GG Coin prizes are credited instantly.
Withdraw When You Hit the Threshold
Prize money accumulates in your Earnings Balance across all tournaments. Once your Available balance reaches ₹500 (default threshold), you can request a single withdrawal to your UPI, bank account, or PayPal.
Tournament Formats
Choose the right structure for your competition

Your Prize Balance Lifecycle

Paid Out
Transfer confirmed by bank
Prize money never disappears — it moves through these stages. A Pending amount becomes Available once admin confirms the fund transfer. Rejected withdrawals are fully refunded to Available.
Minimum Withdrawal
You must accumulate ₹500 in Available balance before requesting a payout. This prevents micro-transactions with high banking fees.
Single Withdrawal
Each payout request withdraws your entire Available balance at once — no partial withdrawals. Save up first, then withdraw.
No Expiry
Your earnings balance never expires. Leave it for months or years — it's safe and doesn't earn interest.
Multiple Accounts
Save multiple payout accounts (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, PayPal) in Settings → Payout Accounts. One account is your default for quick withdrawals.
