By creating an account or using TheBadGamer.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By registering, you confirm you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account, impersonate other users, or create multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward systems. Accounts found to be abusing these rules will be permanently banned.
You agree NOT to post content that: contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence; promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or nationality; infringes on copyrights or trademarks; spreads misinformation; or constitutes spam or advertising without authorization.
By submitting content (wiki pages, reviews, forum posts, profile information), you grant TheBadGamer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but must ensure you have the right to post it.
Wiki contributions are subject to moderation. New editors' content is reviewed before appearing publicly. By contributing, you agree your edits may be modified, approved, or rejected by moderators. Content that violates community guidelines will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Tournament participants must follow match rules and report results honestly. Cheating, match-fixing, or colluding with opponents to manipulate results is grounds for immediate disqualification and permanent ban. Prize distributions are final after admin approval.
GG Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated in a prize pool. GG Coins are non-transferable (except for gifting within the Platform up to the daily limit) and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify GG Coin values and shop items at any time.
BadGamer Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used any Pro-exclusive features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, with or without warning. Severe violations (e.g., posting illegal content, hacking, fraud) result in immediate permanent bans with no appeal.
TheBadGamer is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, loss of account data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
