Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something went wrong, read the policy below or email us directly.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid purchases made on TheBadGamer.in, including BadGamer Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) and GG Coins packs. All transactions are processed by Razorpay (primary) or Stripe (where applicable).

2. BadGamer Pro — Cancellation

You may cancel your BadGamer Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain full Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period unless stated in Section 3.

3. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not used any Pro-exclusive features (animated frames, profile music, advanced analytics, etc.) during that period. Requests made after 48 hours or after Pro features have been used are not eligible for a refund. Annual plans cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal charge are eligible for a full refund of that renewal, not prior periods.

4. GG Coins — No Refunds

GG Coins purchases are non-refundable. GG Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value outside the TheBadGamer platform. Once purchased, GG Coins are credited to your account immediately and cannot be returned. If GG Coins were granted incorrectly due to a platform error, contact us and we will correct the balance.

5. Tournament Entry Fees

Entry fees for paid tournaments are non-refundable once the tournament bracket has been generated. If a tournament is cancelled by TheBadGamer before it begins, full refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@thebadgamer.in with the subject "Refund Request" and include: (a) your registered email or username, (b) your Razorpay/Stripe payment ID or order ID, (c) the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

7. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We will respond to all chargeback disputes with evidence of service delivery. Accounts found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription and product prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email and Platform notification. Changes do not affect your current active billing period.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Information Technology Act 2000. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
