Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
Email support@thebadgamer.in with your username and a brief explanation. Bans for severe violations (illegal content, hacking) are permanent with no appeal.
Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period.
Email support@thebadgamer.in with your payment ID from Razorpay / Stripe. We'll activate it manually within a few hours.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't used any Pro-exclusive features. Email support with your payment ID.
