📖 Clan Guide

How to Build a Legendary Clan

Everything you need to know — from creating your clan in 2 minutes to hitting Prestige Level 10.

1

Creating a Clan

Step 1

Name Your Clan

Choose a unique clan name (3–50 characters) and a short tag (2–8 uppercase letters/numbers) that will appear in brackets next to your name — e.g., [SHDW]. Add an optional battle cry.

💡 Tip:Pick a memorable tag. It's how you'll be known across the platform.
Step 2

Set Your Identity

Choose your clan type (Casual / Competitive / Social / Hardcore), add the primary games you play, and write a description that tells potential members who you are.

💡 Tip:Competitive clans attract more active players; Casual clans grow faster.
Step 3

Configure Settings

Select your region, set recruitment status (Open / Application / Invite Only), max member count, minimum level requirement, and optionally link your Discord server.

💡 Tip:Start with "Open" recruitment to grow quickly, then switch to "Application" once you have a core group.
Step 4

Review & Launch

Preview your clan card and confirm everything looks right. Hit "Create Clan!" — you'll instantly become the Clan Leader and 4 default channels (General, Strategy, Announcements, Off-Topic) will be created.

💡 Tip:Your clan appears on the public leaderboard immediately.

Growing Your Clan

Recruit Members

  • Share your clan's page link in forums, LFG posts, and social media.
  • Set recruitment to "Open" so players can join with one click.
  • Use "Application" mode to review candidates and ask custom questions.
  • Post your clan's game lineup in the LFG section for game-specific recruiting.

Build Your Community

  • Create dedicated channels for each game your clan plays.
  • Post regular announcements to keep members informed.
  • Use the Strategy channel for sharing tactics, builds, and guides.
  • Pin important messages in Announcements so new recruits see them.

Earn XP Together

  • Remind members to log their gaming sessions (each logs +10 clan XP).
  • Complete weekly clan challenges together for bonus XP hauls.
  • Active daily logins from members each add +5 XP — consistency compounds.
  • Tournament wins give +100 XP — the single biggest XP source.

Run Clan Events

  • Schedule regular game nights from the Events tab — members can RSVP.
  • Host internal scrimmages to sharpen your team before tournaments.
  • Use "Community Event" type for casual get-togethers.
  • Events with going/maybe RSVPs give leaders real attendance data.

Climb the Leaderboard

  • Weekly XP totals determine your position on the weekly leaderboard.
  • All-time total XP determines your rank on the global leaderboard.
  • Maintaining a clan streak gives bonus XP multipliers.
  • Hitting level milestones (Level 5, 10) unlocks exclusive perks and cosmetics.

Use the Clan Bank

  • Members can deposit GG Coins into the shared clan bank.
  • Leaders and officers decide how to spend the bank funds.
  • Use bank coins to fund entry fees for group tournaments.
  • All transactions are transparent — every member can see the history.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be in multiple clans?
No — you can only be a member of one clan at a time. Choose wisely! You can leave at any time, but your XP contributions stay with the clan.
What happens if I leave a clan?
Your XP contribution history stays with the clan. You lose access to all clan channels and events. You can join or create a new clan immediately.
Can I transfer leadership?
Yes — clan leaders can transfer ownership to any Officer or Member via the Manage page. This is permanent unless the new leader transfers it back.
What happens if the leader is inactive?
If the clan leader hasn't been active for 30+ days, Officers can request a leadership takeover. Admins can intervene in abandoned clans.
Is there a cost to create a clan?
No — creating a clan is completely free. Pro members get an expanded member limit (200 vs 50 for free).
How do weekly challenges work?
Every Monday, 3 new challenges are assigned to your clan. All members contribute to the same progress counters. Completing a challenge rewards the entire clan with XP and coins.
Can I delete my clan?
Yes — only the Clan Leader can disband a clan. This is irreversible. All members will be removed and the clan tag becomes available again after 30 days.
